- Free parking on premises. The guest for the casitas are allowed to park in the driveway
ADDITIONAL:
- NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.
- Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home.
- Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever.
- Please note that the property is equipped with a security camera.
- Parties or event not allowed on this property.
- Please note: This home does not have an internet connection, a washer and a dryer
A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee may be applicable
