- Parking: Limited to two vehicles. Extra parking may be available in the driveway or street—please let us know in advance.

- Garage: Please note we do not provide a garage remote or clicker.

- Mail Delivery: We recommend using direct-to-door delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail.

Please let us Know If you have a dog, even if it's a service dog, we would appreciate it.

We allow well-behaved cats and dogs with a non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay for 30-day stays). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.

No smoking allowed - there is a penalty of $500 if there are signs of smoke

There are two parking spots in the garage and driveway parking as well

Charging electric cars is not permitted on our premises

No parties allowed
