-No smoking allowed, there is a penalty of $500 if there are signs of smoke

-There are two parking spots in the garage and driveway parking as well Charging electric cars is not permitted on our premises

-No parties allowed

-Please be mindful of the electricity.

-A high chair and pack & play can be provided but fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time

-Well-behaved cats and dogs are welcome. Pet fees range from $50-$200 based on the stay duration. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.
